With the brand refresh, we introduced a clean sans-serif system, modern neutrals, and app design elements inspired by flow. The result is custom branding that feels efficient, approachable, and aligned with the simplicity the app brings to parking management.
Our team focused on simplifying flows and creating a seamless parking system for tenants, visitors, and lot owners, which also meant doing deep user research and conducting user interviews in order to create ideal flows for each persona. This extended to the towing feature, ensuring "one click tows" for ease of use and overall efficiency.
